SYARTI is an intermediary platform connecting car owners with independent, licensed car-service providers (workshops and companies). The service itself is performed by the provider, while the platform manages the experience: receiving the order, dispatching, tracking and ratings.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate, up-to-date information when registering.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

The platform may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Cost details are shown before you confirm an order. The final cost may change if the actual scope of work changes after inspection, subject to your approval.

Payments are made through the payment methods available in the app via licensed payment providers.

Cancellation policy: an order can be cancelled free of charge before the provider departs; a cancellation fee may apply afterwards, shown in the app before you confirm the cancellation.

Provide accurate information about the vehicle, location and issue.

Use the platform for lawful purposes only, and do not misuse it or attempt to harm it or its providers.

Treat service providers and support teams with respect.

Provider onboarding is subject to review and approval, and providers operate under independent agreements governing their work on the platform.

Ratings reflect users' opinions; the platform reserves the right to remove violating or misleading reviews.

The platform works hard to ensure a quality experience; however, responsibility for performing the technical service lies with the executing provider.

The platform is not liable for indirect damages resulting from misuse of the service or inaccurate information provided by the user.

Nothing above affects any rights that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

All rights to the SYARTI brand, content, design and software are reserved and may not be used without prior written permission.

We may amend these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after an amendment constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
